Katelyn is 10!
It seems like I am so busy getting my kids' birthday parties together I don't have time to actually blog on their birthday! But, I guess it's better late than never. So Katelyn turned 10 on April 25th. Can you believe she is a decade old? In the middle of the night she wakes me up and tells me she has thrown up! So she spent the morning on the couch on her birthday. Her dad brightened her up when he brought in her new bike! After that she was feeling better. Katelyn is our smart, quiet, free-spirited, artistic, all-around sweetheart. She has been such a blessing since the day she was born. Love you KK. (Easter pictures below this post).jpg)

Chloe turns 5!!!
I can't believe that Chloe is 5! She came at 2:19 a.m. on March 29, 2004 and has been taking us on an adventure ever since! She is 5 going on 15, literally. Chloe has a cute, spunky personality that can liven up any room. We are always amazed at the funny things she does and says. We love you Chloe!

Draper Temple Openhouse
We were so excited to take our 3 oldest kids to the Draper Temple open house. It was a great experience for all of us. We met up with Jeff and Lyndzi and Kamden and we all had a great time together. We are going to miss them when they move next month! This picture was taken in the church that is right next to the temple. It was nicely decorated inside the gym and they even served cookies. (It reminded me of a wedding reception actually). We are looking forward to the Oquirrh(sp?) Temple open house this summer!

Weekend overview
Okay since I somehow couldn't add captions to any of the pictures below. Here is a recap: Katelyn and I ran our first race on Sat. We ran a race called "Run for Red" in Provo (for the Red Cross). She ran the mile and I ran the 5k. Katelyn came in first in the mile race and I came in 38th in mine. My goal was to run under 40 min. and I finished at 28 min. Somebody interviewed Katelyn before her race, but we have no idea who they were affiliated with. I was already running when that happened. There is a picture of me coming in at the finish. I was happy to see that finish line! The other post is later that day when Dustin took the kids to see BYU vs. Air Force. Their favorite part, of course, was playing in the paper on the court at the end. They were oblivious to several BYU athletes (past and present) walking around them. They were just having fun!
